Hellyer is hosting our annual Latino America Independence Day Celebration. This event is an opportunity to celebrate all Latin countries' independence. Our Latino Literacy parent group and staff hope the event will bring our community together to celebrate freedom around the world. There will be folklore dances, traditional Mexican foods and fun free games for all to participate in. The event is from 5:30-7:00pm on September 15th.
For those who would like to, we are asking for the following donations:
- Soda -TK, Kinder and 1st
- Snacks-2nd
- Capri Sun -3rd
- Individual small bags of ships-4th
- Water-5&6th
- Bags of candy for prizes at free games-All Grades
If you are donating, please drop off the donation in the front office by Wednesday, September 13th
