Hellyer is hosting our 1st Annual Hellyer Mexican Tardeada on Friday, May 5th. This event is an opportunity for us to come together in celebrating culture and community. 

Our Latino Literacy parent group and staff hope the event will highlight the Mexican historical roots by sharing culture through Mexican folklore dances, Aztec dances, traditional Mexican foods, and fun free games for all to participate. The event is from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm on May 5th.

For those that would like to, we are asking for donations of:

• Water

•  Soda

• Capri Sun 

• Chips

• snacks, and 

• bags of candy for prizes at free games.

 If you'd like to donate, please drop off the donation in the front office by Wednesday, May 4th.
